Sailing is and remains one of the most beautiful and safest ways to spend a holiday.
Mallorca enjoys a low incidence of under 50, which is steadily decreasing. The UK government has been allowing travel to the Balearics for a while now and, not least thanks to the high vaccination rate and the excellent medical care on Mallorca, 5 out of 6 COVID indicators are green.
For entry to Mallorca, Brits only need proof of vaccination at least 14 days prior to arrival in Spain or a negative COVID-19 test (max. 72 hrs old) and the Spanish Travel Health entry form. Antigen tests are not accepted for tourism purposes and children under the age of 12 are exempt from this)
For travel regulations can vary depending on the current Covid situation in individual countries, it is always advisable to have a look at the current regulations for entering Spain or at the official regulations of the home country.
With Spain being on the UK’s amber list, on your way back you must take the following compulsory steps, regardless of vaccination status: take a covid Test three days before travelling to England (we are happy to recommend easy and reliable test centres around Mallorca), book and pay for a Covid test to be taken after arrival, and complete a passenger locator form .
On Mallorca and at our charter base you can move freely without a mask. Masks are only compulsory indoors. For the extra portion of safety we still offer you and your crew of course:
- Our proven Covid Hygiene Protocol
- The IRIS charter base with a high level of safety and plenty of space to keep your distance
- If you wish, we can clean your yacht with ozone before the trip
