Here you will find all the important documents and information you need for your cruise at a glance. So that you can enjoy your first day on Mallorca to the fullest, we will prepare the necessary (ship) papers and all your EXTRA orders before your arrival. This way you will get on board quickly and find everything you need. If you book an early check-in, you can be on board as early as 11am or 1pm

Please send us your crew list as soon as possible. It is one of the documents you must have on board during your trip. We also need a photo or scan of the skipper's identity card and sailing licence.

Many services, such as your parking and mooring space at Club Nàutic Arenal for the duration of your charter, are already included in your charter price. Your additional orders, such as bed linen, towels, an outboard motor, a blister, a SUP, snorkel sets or perhaps a railing barbecue, can be placed on this page via the online form or also by e-mail. When you come on board, your orders will already be ready for you. You can pay for your EXTRAS in advance by bank transfer or directly on site in cash. The final cleaning is an obligatory EXTRA. The price depends on the size of your yacht and will be charged together with your additional orders.

You can leave your deposit on the spot when you check in at our charter base - the easiest way is by credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Please note that there must be sufficient funds on your credit card to cover the boat deposit. We usually recommend all our clients to take a deposit and a skipper insurance.

If you are planning to sail to Cabrera, we recommend that you book well in advance. To stay overnight in the Cabrera National Park you will need a pre-booked buoy. If you would like us to make the reservation for you for a fee, please let us know your preferred date in good time. The buoy field on Cabrera is small and very popular, therefore we book the buoys for our clients 20 days before the planned overnight stay.

Euer Proviant könnt ihr ganz einfach schon von zu Hause aus online bei Marine Gourmet  oder Mercadona bestellen. Beide Unternehmen liefern Eure Bestellung in den Club Nàutic Arenal direkt bis ans Schiff. Solltet Ihr lieber vor Ort einkaufen, erreicht Ihr die sehr gut sortierten Supermärkte Mercadona und Eroski auch gut zu Fuß.

Finally, a note on how to get here. If you take a taxi from PMI airport (15 minutes, approx. 25 EUR) to S'Arenal, enter "Puerto Deportivo, Club Nàutic Arenal, Calle Roses, S'Arenal" as your destination. Alternatively, there is a good bus connection with the A2 Aeroport - Arenal line. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the bus stop 490-Cartago (Platja) in El Arenal and you can reach us after a 10 minute walk along the beach promenade. You will find our office if you turn left after the entrance to Club Nàutic Arenal. Our office is directly adjacent to the beach bar "Es Caló". Please call us when you reach S'Arenal. We will then let you know where you can best store your luggage. Please also let us know your flight times so that we can plan your boat briefing accordingly.
