General Information
The safety and health of our clients, partners, and club members at Club Nàutic Arenal and staff is extremely important to us. Because of this, we have once again elevated our high safety and sanitary expectations this season, already well proven through our Hygiene Protocol in 2020.
Our Team and Charter Base
- Temperature check of all our team members before starting work each day
- The whole team is equipped with face masks
- Social distance of minimum 2 meter has been put in place
- All team members will disinfect and wash their hands on a regular basis
- All surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected frequently
- The whole Club Nàutic Arenal is disinfected frequently
Cleaning and disinfection of and on the boats
- All exterior surfaces will be disinfected after each charter
- All interior surfaces will be disinfected after each charter
- Cleaning with an Ozone Machine is available as an extra
- All linen and towels will be disinfected and handed to clients in sealed bags
- Our clients receive the local emergency numbers
- A bottle of alcohol disinfectant is available on each boat, both for cleaning of surfaces and hands
- Sanitary and safety protocols can be found on all boats, as well as the office
Check in and out (in office and on board)
- Check-ins and check-outs will be done outside if possible
- Most of the check in will be done online before arrival to minimise the contact time and contactless payment is preferred
- Only one client is allowed during the check in processes while the rest of the crew will not be allowed on the boat or in the check-in area. This goes for both the office check in as well as on board
- Whenever possible will the check in and check out be done by the same team member.
- All clients will be asked to disinfect their hands, wear masks when interacting with our team and maintain adequate social distance. Disinfectant will be available at all contact spots
- Tables, desks, chairs and credit card terminals will be disinfected after each client
